I have been an NSCA-CPT (National Strength and Conditioning Association - Certified Personal Trainer) since 2008. In addition I’ve completed EFTI (Equinox Fitness Training Institute) Tier 1/2/3/3+ level and also earned a NPTI (National Personal Training Institute) diploma. Extra credits: TRX, VipR, Kettlebell L1 and more.
